Our teams have developed new operative standards based on instructions and recommendations of the relevant public health authorities so that we can continue to maintain a high level of health and safety standards in delivering our services.

The health and safety of our guests and our team members have always been our priority. The new situation related to the coronavirus pandemic further emphasized it and focused our attention on adapting the operating standards so that, in the light of the new conditions, we can continue to provide all our services and assure an exceptionally high level of safety and cleanliness.

We have immediately undertaken measures and started with various activities in order to continue to maintain a high level of safety, from ensuring the availability of disinfectants and protective equipment intended for guests and team members, to providing the prerequisites necessary to maintain the recommended distance in all our properties. In accordance with the recommendations, we will continue to adjust our operating standards to always ensure that the highest level of safety and cleanliness is maintained.

To ensure that our guests can enjoy their holidays in a safe and relax manner, we have implemented a number of measures based on the recommendations of relevant national and international health organizations. Furthermore, in cooperation with Pula General Hospital, we have conducted risk assessments for all our facilities and training of key team members.

Our measures for your and our safety include:

  • Upgraded and adjusted cleaning standards and health and safety protocols
  • Upgraded and adjusted processes of preparation and provision of food and beverage services
  • Ensuring the ability to maintain the recommended physical distance between persons
  • Contactless interaction when and where possible – advanced digital services
  • Upgraded and adjusted health and safety protocols for all team members
  • Regular team members training

We understand that the current circumstances require full commitment to health and safety, so, in addition to the implemented measures, we have decided to open a clinic serving primarily to our guests. More details on Arena Hospitality Group Clinic will be available soon.
