SGS SAFETY PROTOCOL

Arena Hospitality Group's Park Plaza branded hotels located in Croatia underwent an SGS cleanliness, hygiene and safety audit in August. SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity. 

This accreditation follows the development of a comprehensive new security protocol developed in partnership with the Radisson Group. The partnership with SGS ensures that the implemented protocols and procedures are valid, adapted and in line with local requirements and recommendations. Under this program, hotels that adhere to all protocols and procedures related to COVID-19 receive an official “Health & Safety” certificate issued by SGS upon completion of a comprehensive local audit. All implemented procedures, which include: frequent disinfection of public spaces, contact areas, hygiene in the food and beverage department, protective equipment for team members, employee training, and all other measures for the purpose of protection against COVID-19; have been checked and validated for our facilities by the SGS audit.
