Arena Hospitality Group awarded Golden Goat for the best technological innovation

Golden Goat, yearly awards for the marketing initiatives in tourism industry in Istria County by organized by Istria Tourism Board was held on December 19, 2017 in Rovinj.

Acknowledgements were awarded in four categories: innovative products, tourism products, visual communications and events.

Arena Hospitality Group was a proud winner of acknowledgement for the best technological innovation unique in Croatia. More precisely, Arena Hospitality Group was awarded for Handy service, a smart mobile phone available to guests of the Park Plaza Histria, Park Plaza Belvedere, Park Plaza Arena and Park Plaza Verudela throughout their stay.

The biggest advantages of Handy are free unlimited local and international calls and free Internet access. Except that, guests can watch videos, listen to music, take photos, use social networks, get exclusive hotel promotions, have the reception at speed dial – and all this for free.

We are proud that our hotels are the first in Croatia to offer this new service and that our guests and Istria Tourism Board recognized our innovative spirit.
