Get ready for the grand finale of the autumn truffle season! On November 7 and 8, 2026, Buzet - officially designated as the City of Truffles - hosts the traditional Istrian Truffle Festival.

This premier gastronomic fair brings together top local truffle hunters, winemakers, olive oil producers, and regional food artisans. Visitors can enjoy live cooking competitions, tastings of fresh white and black truffles, an exhibition and sale of authentic Istrian products, demonstration truffle hunts with trained dogs, and a vibrant sports and entertainment program for all ages.
