Gala Concert by Soloists of SNG Opera in balet Ljubljana

On Wednesday, June 3rd at 8 PM, the Istrian National Theatre in Pula (Ciscutti Hall) will host the Gala Concert by the ballet soloists of SNG Opera in balet Ljubljana.

This prestigious regional company will showcase an attractive program full of technical precision and stylistic versatility, featuring carefully selected excerpts from famous ballet masterpieces. The evening opens with the visually stunning world of imagination in Alice in Wonderland, followed by pure classical virtuosity from Le Corsaire. Leo Mujić’s choreographies in The Great Gatsby and Hamlet bring dramatic tales of success and internal conflict, while the essential classic Don Quixote bursts with vibrant energy and supreme technical demands. A deeply intimate story of love and historical turmoil comes alive in Doctor Zhivago set to Shostakovich’s music, while the program concludes with works by Lukas Zuschlag - a psychological character study in Manon Lescaut and an elegant, witty operetta finale with Die Fledermaus.
