Arena Hospitality Group announces that on 28 September 2021 the Group, through its subsidiary Sugarhill Investments B.V. has entered into a property purchase agreement with “K1” Hotelerrichtungs GmbH (part of MID Holding group) pursuant to which the Group will acquire the FRANZ ferdinand MOUNTAIN RESORT NASSFELD, a 4-star hotel in Nassfeld, Austria at a consideration of HRK 112 million.

Arena Hospitality Group announces that on 28 September 2021 the Group, through its subsidiary Sugarhill Investments B.V. has entered into a property purchase agreement with “K1” Hotelerrichtungs GmbH (part of MID Holding group) pursuant to which the Group will acquire the Franz Ferdinand Mountain Resort Nassfeld, a 4-star hotel in Nassfeld, Austria at a consideration of HRK 112 million.

In order to make the stay in our hotels and resorts as relaxed and carefree as possible, it is our pleasure to offer our guests the service of organizing antigen testing at a price of 100 kn (app. 13,5 Euro) per person and PCR testing at a price of 375 kn (app. 50 Euro) per person.
