Arena Hospitality Group - Zagreb Stock Exchange Prime Market
Arena Hospitality Group has been, since December 18, 2018, among the rare companies, whose shares are quoted on the Zagreb Stock Exchange's Leading market.
This was a result of a contract signed by the CEO of AHG Mr. Reli Slonim and the president of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Mrs. Ivana Gažić. This agreement transfers the shares of AHG from the Zagreb Stock Exchange's Official Market to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Leading market. On this occasion, Mr. Slonim expressed his satisfaction that AHG will be among the first companies whose shares are quoted in the Leading Market, an important step for the company whose transformation began in 2016. Another step in this transformation of the company was undertaken in June 2017 when it held the first IPO (public offering of shares) in the Croatian hotel sector. The then funds collected were intended for further development of the company, renovation of facilities and expansion of presence at the regional and international level. Mrs. Gažić pointed out that the Leading Market was the most demanding market segment and expressed the satisfaction of the AHG delving into this step, which attests to the company's commitment to the highest principles of transparency and corporate governance.
